ADVANCING TOGETHER

Strengthening Health Knowledge.
Inspiring the Next Generation of Healthcare Professionals.

TJDS partners with schools and organizations to strengthen health literacy and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.

About

TJDS addresses two critical needs: strengthening health literacy in communities and expanding access to healthcare careers for the next generation.

We believe health equity starts with education. Through early exposure, mentorship, and structured guidance, we equip individuals with foundational knowledge about health and professional insight needed to navigate health careers and systems confidently.

Founded by Dr. Tracy L. Jackson, EdD, a certified Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine Physician Assistant, educator, and former PA Program Director. TJDS is rooted in 30+ years of clinical and academic leadership across healthcare practice, higher education, and national service.
